Paul Pletka is a neo-surrealistic painter of magic, metamorphism,
and visual irony. Inspired by the Native Americans of the Southwest,
he portrays on canvas both the spiritual acrimony and harmony of
the human predicament." Paul Pletka was born in southern California
in 1946 and currently resides in New Mexico. I have been collecting
Paul Pletka's lithographs for almost 20 years. I currently own
four. His editions are generally printed in very "limited" numbers;
often no more than 50.
